These are street legal machines and are not for off-road
You must be 21 or older and have a valid driver’s license to rent all machines
We are open 7 days a week. Hours of operation will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
There will be a $100.00 deposit and a $5.00 non-refundable booking fee
No refunds or cancellations. In the event of rain, you can reschedule
There is a $2,500.00 deductible for the insurance on all the machines. A valid credit card must be presented at the time of rental and in the event of damages, the first $2,500.00 will be charged to the card that is provided for security on the rental agreement. The insurance will pick up any damages beyond $2,500.00
If paying in cash without a card, a $2,500.00 cash deposit will be required. If paying by card, the valid card will be held for the deposit, and only charged in the event damage was to occur. If there is damage done to any machines that can be fixed for less than the $2,500.00 deductible, then it will be charged accordingly, and the remainder will not be charged
